Lead Time and Production Capacity—We’re equipped for a full production capacity of 1,00,000 garments/pieces per year. Our lead sampling time is 3-4 weeks, and production time is 8-12 weeks. It typically starts with your design inputs and ends with doorstep delivery of final goods. We make sure you enjoy complete peace of mind after hiring us, and you do not face trouble even after the final delivery of goods.
SAMPLING AND PROTOTYPING
We can make custom PP samples according to the design idea of buyers. Production starts once the sample is approved by the client. At Rolf Henri, we have a separate sampling department whose job is to study and analyse the new fashion trends and provide our clients with new samples.
UPCYCLING
We carefully deconstruct old high-quality discarded garments into workable separate panels. Then the separate panels are combined to make a unique, bespoke, one-of-a-kind garment. Upcycling promotes sustainability as it reduces waste and, at the same time, encourages creativity and innovation.
ECO PRINTING
We promote sustainable printing practices also. We use eco friendly organic cotton fabric and use leaf stamping with the help of heat transfer machines to print on organic Tshirts as shown in the attached photo.

Whether it's sustainable, eco-friendly fabric or synthetic, we have a very good network of trusted suppliers and mills that we have been working with for the past 15 years. For more custom and specific orders, we can even order the thread according to requirements and get the fabric made especially for you.
SOURCING OF
TRIMS
Trims could be threads, buttons, lining, beads, zippers, motifs, patches, etc. We, as your potential private label clothing manufacturer, can source all kinds of export-quality trims for your design, precisely meeting your specifications. We only use original YKK zippers for garments.
PATTERN
MAKING
Our pattern masters infuse life into the rough sketch by cutting paper! Regardless of the style details, Rolf Henri has the best brains that bring the concept into reality. We are well-versed with both digital and manual patterns. For best results, we mostly use manual (handmade) work.
FABRIC
DYEING
All you need to specify is your preferred color code (Pantone). Rest assured, we're well-equipped to dye your desired fabric in your desired color. A lab dip can also be sent to you for approval before starting production.

PRINTING
We provide all kinds of fabric printing like Screen printing, Digital Printing, Hand Block printing, overall printing, sublimation, etc.
EMBROIDERY
Be it computer embroidery or hand embroidery. We're carrying super-specialty to provide you with all kinds of embroidery as per your design requirements.
SEQUINS/BEADS/CRYSTAL
In case your design requires any kind of sequins, beads, or crystal work, we take pride in delivering high-quality smocking work precisely matching your custom designs.
FABRIC CUTTING
We're equipped to cut any width of fabric. Our modular cutting table is handled by the very finest cutter to ensure low-waste cutting of your styles. Be it plus-size clothing or small baby onesies, we are well-equipped to meet your requirements.
SEWING/STITCHING
Loaded with the latest generation of Japanese sewing machines, we ensure quick and effective stitching of your garments. We are equipped to meet any small and large production orders.
FINISHING
Each and every piece of the garment goes through a finishing team, which includes pressing, thread cutting, initial checking, etc. In case any issues are found, we, Rolf Henri, either fix them or, in case issues cannot be fixed, then we put them into rejection. Later on, rejections may be distributed among needy people free of cost.
QUALITY CONTROL
We work on the "Quality First" policy. Our quality team remains active right at the time of sourcing of fabric till the final packing of finished garments. At every critical stage, our team ensures that the quality is under control and as per the approval we have from you.
PACKING & DISPATCH
Last but not least, we pack each of your garments in custom bags according to the requirements of the buyer. We prefer sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials.
